For advance parole, the RFE is likely to be your photos (wrong
specification or unclear images). It could also be your I-140
approval notice. Either way, it should be very easy to respond.

Ciba, one more question. i filed 485, AP, and EAD at the same time. how many totally pictures are required? my attorney only asked me for 4 pictures.

gchope, have you received the REF? did you ask you lawyer if the same problem could be with i485? i assume you use the same pics for 485 case.
