Already went through one PA and one AD. Applied for second AD at the Pit office in March although the first one expired only in May and received it the same day.
Sent application for second PA to Pit INS on May 9. Did not go in person to receive it after 7 to 10 days; instead waited for it to arrive by mail. It arrived a couple of days back.
I went to the Pit INS office about a week back since I hadn\'t received my PA. While I was waiting to talk to II, I witnessed an Indian guy who had come to Pittsburgh from Connecticut trying to apply for an EAD. The IIO flat out refused to let him apply asking him to go to Connecticut. The poor guy tried telling her that he would be moving to Pittsburgh in July (was ready to show her the offer letter from his new job). Still the IIO insisted that he produce proof of residence in Pittsburgh. Felt pretty bad for him.
Hope I don\'t have to go through another EAD/AP.
