AP received but in different envelope, NO MSG Change

131 RD 04/24/07, LUD 05/05, 06/21, 06/24. No message change for approval till today. :confused:
Today I received in a BIG yellow envelope from TSC with approved AP.
Previously received from VSC in a regular envelope. Is it a routine practice with TSC to mail APs in big yellow envelope?
 
Yes i recieved 2 times in big yellow envelope last year and also this year. But i always got approval email and couple of LUD changes before approval.
 
Hi DSL,

Did you apply directly at TSC, or was the AP application transferred from VSC? I had applied at VSC 04/23 and it got transferred on 05/24. Last LUD 06/12, no message change, so trying to figure out when that will come through.

We have a non-cancellable trip to western Canada planned mid-August - ouch!

Did you get any updates on your EAD and AP @TSC?
My EAD application was also transferred from VSC to TSC on 22nd May and haven't received anything so far. It is close to 3 months now... Wondering if I should make an infopass appointment for an interim EAD
