AP receipt notice

Hi

When I check the automated message for my AP receipt details, it says number not found. Should I worry? I have the receipt notice though..

Dont worry ;o) Their computer acts up every now and then and gives that silly message. I panicked the first time I heard that but the next day everything was back to normal "your case has been received...........normally takes 3456 to 7890 days to .........." etc.
