Hi I am a newcomer to the forum. I have a few questions about AP. I have my I-485 filed thru my wife and am done with finger printing and interview. I have my EAD. Before getting married I was on H1-B which is still valid in the approval letter till June 2006. I got my AP in the first week of February and travelled out of the US after I got my AP. I have my EAD, AP letter and my H1-B letter with me. To get back in the US, thru Dubai, do I need anything else or just the AP and EAD is enough. I do not have a transit visa for UAE; however, I came thru Dubai and did not need a transit visa. I just changed gates at the airport and got on the next plane. On my way back I have the same kind of flight. Do I need anything other than my AP and EAD? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
P.S Did anyone have any problems getting back into the US with valid AP?
