AP questions - please reply ...

1. Can I self-apply for AP must attorney apply for me?

The lawyer is charging $150 for applying for the AP and I want to avoid it.

2. Is there any risk while returning to US on AP even though I have been in status throughout my stay in US. (Currently I am have applyed for I-485, completed by FP and awaiting GC approval).

1. you can apply by yourself, go to INS website to download I-131 from.
2. I don't think that would be any risk. my friend come back to U.S. using AP without any problem.
