AP question

My first Advance Parole is valid from Jan 30 2003 - Jan 30 2004. I went to India in April 2003 and returned in May 2003. At the port of Entry the I-94 (and the parole document) is stamped saying Paroled until May 2004. However the parole document itself is valid for entry between Jan2003 to Jan 2004.
My question should I apply for a new Parole document assuming this one expires in Jan 2004? OR Can I take it that the existing parole is valid until May 2004.

Any ideas will be appreciated...

Jan30,2004 is the expiry of ur AP...!!

Upon entry, there would be a immigration seal 1yr from that date and that's not the validity of AP..
Validity of AP is as stated in the AP, which in ur case is Jan30,2004

So if need a renewal if ur travelling around/after that time..

Thanks vijayrc. I will go for the renewal. The information heps. My lawyer said the samething too. But I just thought I will double check. Appreciate it.
