AP Question

Hi all,

My wife is planning to leave US on Oct 1st and come back in Jan on AP.

Is that ok to travel on AP for 4 months?
She lost her I-94 will that be a prob?

My spouse was away from US for about 7 months and re-entered using AP this July.

Just ensure that she enters before the expiry date mentioned on the AP document.

Do not plan the return too close to the expiry date, one week before the expiry of the AP document is good enough, just to make room for some unforseen problems like airlines strike, bad weather etc.
