AP Question

a) I got my I-485 reciept,
b) I have a valid H1-B Visa
c) But did not receive the Travel Permit(AP)

I am plannig to travel to India before i get the AP, IS that fine
OR is there a Risk in doing so.

You can go on H1, if..

your H1 visa stamp in your pp is valid and your I94 is not expired.
