AP Question

I received my Advance Parole yesterday (ND 9/17/2002, AD 01/13/2002).
The document is one page long, but I got two copies of it. At the bottom, on the left-corner is my picture and on the right-corner is a square box (about 4cmX4cm) which is empty. Is this normal? Should there be an INS stamp in that box? Or is it stamped when I enter US on AP?

Thanks is advance!!

dinnu: Yup, you answered your own question correctly.

Upon your entry into US with AP, the INS officer will stamp a seal that says, "Paroled pursuant to sec. 212 (d) (5) of the I & N Act to: DA-512 ... " in the 4X4 place you mentioned.

You're fine! Happy journeys!!
