Hi Gurus,

I came back to US on AP and my AP expires in June, 03. My question is if I travel to India and in the meantime my 485 is denied would I be allowed to come back in?

Hi,
How was your arrival on AP?Did you go after applying 485?
I am also in the same boat.I asked my lawyer she said that you have proper document.Just give all the paper in case an RFE is issued.
I have also asked my lawyer that what if case is denied.She told me that denial does not out of the blue.First they issue intent to deny notice which has 40-60 days and what I understood is that it is a kind of RFE that if you don't provide the information then we intend to deny but I forgot to ask my lawyer that if an intend to deny is issued can we enter using AP.

This is very important , ask your lawyer also.
Please any Guru help on this...
