Guys how much time NSC generally takes for AP document processing from RD? On the notice it says 130 to 160 days. Is it really that long?

GO with

AP application, 485 Receipt and Very Important "Airline Tickits" Or a valid reason why you are travling outside country.

You should get one in 4 hours...
 
which local office?

I am in Cleveland. I visited their website. It says that I need to mail in the application at least 21 working days.

Is there any aternative that would allow faster processing? How can we request for emergency travel authorization?
