My wife AP was approved on Nov 14th,2005. But as usual USCIS had a wrong address and we never received them till date. We have plans to visit India around Feb this year. I have already requested my lawyers to followup and expedite the case. Meantime, has anyone
1) faced similar situation. If so, how was it resolved?
2) I am considering contacting the local office based on earlier approval and apply for an emergency parole. Will this be an issue?
