FYI, My wife is planning to go to India using her AP (i am not going).

If she uses her AP, does it invalidate my H1B and H4?
FYI, I am working on H1B and my 485 is pending from last 18 months.

Why would you even think that your H1 would get effected by that ?

In any case, it does not invalidate anything.
