AP Question

Me and my spouse applied for the AP on 7/2/2005.We got a RFE FOR photos, and we both send the photos.On August 9/11/2005 they got the photos and immdeatly my spouse got approved for the AP.But since then I am waiting for my AP.I called and they said the examiner is reviewing my file. I don't know what's taking so long.We are planning to go to India during Dec.
What should i do? How long the waiting is nobody knows. Is there any other way I can get travel permit. I am non my EAD.My I485 is pending EB3 PD 02/01/2001.
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Bhutu,

If u are not from India,philp,Mexico,China then it seems they are going to approve ur 485, so good news is cooming for u, forget about ur AP. ready for cake. :D hopefully u will get in begining of Oct.

If u are refering 'bhutu' case, If I am recalling his case have lot of similarities with my case, and also I believe he is not from IN/MX/PH/CH country,

Take a look his PD , so u would Und why I said him to behopeful becz its end of Sep.

I like to share u somthing, On this fourm there was a nice person (I can see him still around here in fourms even he finish his journey), his name was 'UnFort_user', I always told him to think in positive way, always be hopeful, You think good you will have good. if u think pesimestic way ur worst dream will come true. and all I asked him to start to change his ID, instead of UnFort_user/unfortunate user to something hopeful , lightful ID. He did und later why I asked, and changed his id as 'fort_user'. :D

So if u keep saying 'Victim_of....' to ur self , ur nightmare may come true.

Always be hopeful, doesn't matter whatever ur beliefs are but u do beleive on somthing. All I like to say "As Great the God is, as Big My hope is' he never let me down. he will find some way for me. whatever written in luck it will happen, and I am not a person who giveup easily. God has his own way he has his own plan for us. we do our best and leave result on him, because we don't make things happen but God do.

It may take some time ppl to understand that If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. :D Whatever he wish , will happen. :D , we do our part and hope for best.

If u are going for vacation then fine, if moving Permanently just becz of not having/getting GC, then I would like to say reconsider ur plans, and think in this way, that G.C is not everything in life, neither that peice of plastic will give you happiness in life. what is real happiness u need to find and understand. and u can find happiness if u don't foucs too much on G.C and start looking things around u who are more important.

Happy people do not have best of everything, but they make best in everything

I strongly recommended you, before u leave this counrty, spend $10-15 on a book (by Dr Deepak Chopra) that may help u to understand 'What is Sucess' Here is link, its not a relegious book its universal law explained wisely by Dr,Chopra, u may find helpful to make balance in ur life and be happy.

bhutu,

If your AP is with an examiner then it should not take much longer for him or her to approve your AP. Mine and my wifes APs were stuck at TSC for 9 months and finally we found out that they had lost our files. So anything is possible at this incompetent agency. Just keep on top of your application and make an inquiry if you do not see anything in a few weeks.

was just pulling ur leg as Kabbadi is our national game.I was refering to your thread "believe it you can read it " :D
It seems context changed to serious note :o .I agree with some of thought in link given.But I had no EGO ,sometimes your humality/humble is being taken as weakness.Spiritual EGO and professional EGO are two different things and based on my own exp feel you should have professional EGO.
I don't blame people about my failure/frustresion or cry.But definately feel helpless and less control on my destiny.
