AP question - Urgent Please

I am on H1 and my wife is on H4. Both of us got EAD and AP. My wife is working on EAD. I visited India recently and re-entered using my H1 Visa. (I forgot to use my AP, eventhough I was having with me). Will it abondon my case or mine is independent of my wife. Please help

No problem at all

As long as you haven\'t worked on EAD before you re-enter w/ H-1. Your wife can work on EAD while you are on H-1.

Thanks for your info. I have not worked on EAD while re-entering. But my wife has worked on EAD, will it affect the primary applicant. But she did not travel with me.
