AP Question!!! Urgent Please help

Hi Guys
I just spoke to my Lawyer about getting Emergency AP at Local office, she said if you do that VSC will transfer your I-485 case to Local office, that would delay your I485 Processing.
she said since your Applied for AP at local office, they will transfer your case.
Guys how true is that.
Please give your Replys

Not true.

I have had two APs from Newark office, but my case hasnt been transfered out of VSC.
