AP Question - Request for inputs

Hi Folks,

Need your inputs on this very badly; lawyer is not responding even after tons of emails and voice mails.
I have my 3rd EAD completed - Valid until end of 2007.
I have my H1B extended for another 3 yrs but my VISA has expired.

Question is can i travel to India on an AP ? How long is the current AP process in VC ?

What are the issues if any going on AP and not getting my VISA stamped in India ?

-- none, while coming back at the POE just show your AP, do not show your VISA approval notice.

####- Does it mean I need to get my VISA stamped and have it too in case at the POE ?

You don't need to have visa stamped on your passport if you are planning to use your AP. Just show your AP and passport at POE.

I just came back to USA 2 days ago using AP and i got cleared in just 5min.
