AP Question -please help

Guys,

Last December-January I travelled outside USA using AP, and when I got back they put a stamp on it saying parolled until Jan 13th 2004. What does it mean. Does it mean that I can stay inside USA only till that day, so do I need to get an extension to that stamp, if I want to stay beyond that date

As lOng as your I-45 is pending, you are in status. Don't worry about IT. 13th jan 2004 is the last validity date of your AP. But to play safe, I will alway go by the date given by INS on your AP. Hope this helps.
