AP QUESTIOn, please help

PLEASE GURUS, HELP ON THIS
I had h-1b not stamped, only approval notice valind until april 2005, however, las year I algo got my ap and I went out and never stamped h-1b because I used AP, now my ap is expired and my question is.
can i go out of the country and get stamped my h-1b and enter to the US using h-1b eventhough I have already used AP before.
please help
 
Are you still employed by the same company that sponsored your H1-B?

That will be the key to your ability to return using that visa.
