AP Question.. Need suggestion.

Hello all,

Few days ago my I-485 was approved. But my wife case is still pending. My wife has plans to travel abroad and we had applied for her Ap a month before. So far we have just received the receipt. Can some here tell us how can we go get AP for her at local Ins office. We live in NYC.
