AP question again. Looking for help

Hi all,
Fortunately, my wife's emergency AP got approved yesterday. My lawyer told me they got the faxed notice but the original one would arrive next week. However, my wife cant wait to go back to india right away. My question is is that OK she just go ahead and I can mail the original AP to her later?

I dont see why you should not mail the AP after she leaves. But make sure you send it by reliable means like Fedex. AP is required only when you come back.

As long as it is approved prior to her leaving, it should be fine.

Can u plz post details as to how, where and for what reason that u got emergency AP. I am also in a similar situation. Thnx much.
