AP Query

Hello Friends,

Actually we are planning to visit India on Advance Parole. My Question is that how long one can stay outside USA on Advance Parole??????

Is it safe to live outside USA more than one month(around one and half month) on AP?

Are their any demerits of this??

It's definitely safe to be out for 2 1/2 months. That's how long my wife spent at home. No problems when coming back to USA (SFO).
