My first name is misspelled on EAD and AP, what do i need to do?
1) I called NCSC, they suggested i need to reapply (fresh application) and request a fee waiver because it was their mistake.
2) My attorney suggests to go through to go through ALIA Liasion.
3) If i go to local INS office can they help me with AP document?
OR
4) Is it ok to use the misspelled document, there is an 'e' instead of 'a' in my first name, rest all fine.
Please advice, I want to use AP and don't want to go throught the whole application (if it is possible!!
