AP photo question

Now it is a time to renew AP.
1. My lawyer asked us four (4) pictures per each person.
Is it true? I thought two (2).

2. I cut 1.5 in.x1.5 in is this OK?

Please answer.

You need only 2 pics for AP (unless you are applying for EAD also where which you need another two)

Humm... 2 opinions.
I already have 2 photos. If I must send another 2 photos, I must take picture and these photos are different than another. Of course I will ware same clothes....
My family is 3 so cost is not so cheap...
