AP pending prior to Dec 10?

I noticed that new dates posted for VSC show that they are up to December 10 with Advance Parole applications.

Please post here if you applied before Dec 10 and are still waiting for AP. My wife and daughter have AP with receipt date of December 3 - no sign of the AP approval.

ND: Nov 21, 2003 - online status says "RFE on Apr 22, 2004" I did send them a fax requesting for expediting the process a week back.

keep updating about RFE once I receive the actual letter.

OK. All these responses lead me to believe that their reported date of December 10 for AP in the status report is obviously wrong. What is the sanctity of the processing dates status report?

I485/AP/EAD Pending since 9/6/03

Had a RFE on I140, reply received on Feb 26; Approved on 3/23 but EAD/AP approval yet. Any idea how long after RFE Reply do they approve EAD/AP etc.
