Okay gurus...here is my situation.
My I-485 application is in pending status and it will be for soem time as I am from India and I applied in EB2 category. As you can see my signature, I have AP and EAD, but I am still choose to work on H1b.
I am travelling to India this summer and hope to get my passport stamped since I now work at a different company. Being hitech scientific field I have a good chance of being TAL'ed, that is my H1b stamping could take upwards of 3 months an din that case I may loose my job as well. So, to avoid that I am planning to use my AP without a problem. Or do I?
Second question is, my in-laws are planning to visit me sometime next year. If I reenter in AP, would that cause any problem for my in-laws in obtaining a B1 visitor visa? I beleive they need to show my passport pages to verify the sponsorship from my end and without a stamped visa, I think it can cause problem. Kindly help.
Thanks.

Your entering with AP or H1 won't affect their B1 visa. Avoid trying to "sponsor" them for the visa; they are better off leaving you out of it if their own finances are good enough for them qualify on their own merit (i.e. they can pay for their own tickets and have their own spending money). They should present themselves as tourists who simply want to visit the US, not people whose relatives or in-laws are paying for them to travel to the US. That's what my parents do when they apply for and receive a visa. The only mention of my name on their application is the section where they ask about the name and status of close family members in the US ... I don't have to provide any passport details or other personal information.
