AP > # of days to process

My AP Status:

Your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received on July 11, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.


Previously it said that that it is taking between only 30 to 60 days! :confused: :confused:

Does anyone has the same problem??

All messages have changed. not just for AP.
I140: 270-300
I485: 660-660

However, USCIS is processing EAD & AP very fast now. Especially for concurrent applicants. I have already received EAD. AP has been mailed. You should be receiving AP soon

one thing i forgot to mention is that eventhough the concurrent advance paroles are being approved very fast, the others are taking more than 4 months.

however, for my pending i-485 application, it still says on "on <>, we have received your..."
 
Guess what ?

One of my co-worker had applied for AP in mid july, (filed along with his concurrent I-140 & I-485) has got his AP approved
