AP not yet received

Hi,
I send my I-485 application to TSC on Dec 09 2002 and they sent a letter saying they received it on Dec 11th 2002. I have not yet recieved my AP. Any idea how long is it going to take for TSC to send the AP.
I did not do concurrent filing. i filed I-485 after getting my I-140 approval.

As of the last TSC Processing Times update, TSC was processing APs filed around 12/04/2002. This date is unchanged since 01/01/2003 primarily due to TPS processing. It is unsure when I485/AP/EAD processing might start again in full swing.

You can expect an approval sometime around the first week of March.
