AP not approved yet

My ND for my AP( 131) is 09/22/06.
Currently CSC is processing 10/16/06.

I still dont have any updates on my AP, like in EAD if 90 days passed we can go to local INS office to get IEAD, similarly is there a procedure to expediate our AP petition and get the approval?.

I really need my AP ASAP, what do I do?
