AP New form is not fillable

The new I-131 form from the uscis.gov site is not fillable??.. How can i change this to a fillable one??.. I have acrobat 6.0. Please advise..

Or can i print out and hand write it and send it to USCIS??..

You can fill it by hand or Use one on the www.immihelp.com .That is fillable version.

Fill it up the old fashion way,

Then go back if you have time and check your Acrobat, capabilities and licenses.

The new form is not fillable anywhere including at immihelp.com.. Everyone has the old version which is fillable.
