AP May 2003 filers?

Did any May 2003 filers get their AP? The 150-180 day limit is already over and hence the question. Thanks!

AP Approval

I had filed for 2nd AP in April

Notice date - 7th April

Approval date - 21st October

AP Papers actually received in hand - 11/11/2003

So even a 7 month wait for AP could be termed "normal"

in the wonderful world of TSC.

Still waiting

My AP RD is 5/15/03. Still waiting. I have a friend with AP RD 5/10/03 and he's waiting as well. He tells me that his colleague with AP RD of mid April '03 has recd his AP 2 weeks ago.
I've just left a msg with my congressman's office asking for help.
I have travel plans for the last week of dec '03 and this is my 3rd AP.
