AP mailing address at NSC

Hello,

I would like to file AP for my wife and self. I already filed for I-140/I-485 & EAD in Aug 2003. Could anyone confirm the address that I have to send the AP form and supporting documents to? I found different PO box numbers on the official website and got yet another PO box number when I called the NVC.
