I know this is not very statistaclly accurate but over the last few weeks I've seen more posts with "my AP or xx was approved but I never got it"
Well - my AP shows as approved 22nd Nov- and I've not received it nor has the lawyer. Lawyer called and CSC said wait another week, otherwise its lost in the mail.
Given they are not processing 485's what are they doing with my tax payer dollars -
(I still pay taxes as an alien !!!.) Sitting on there hands throwing away approvals It seems like they need to learn where the mailbox is.
Its BS that some many approvals just disappear. Anyone else found their papers they had paid for are lost in the mail ? Yes I do pay for this service Mr INS ;-)
