Q1. What is the longest duration a non-working spouse(say 'she') can stay outside USA, before she comes back to USA on AP & before AP expires ?
Q2. What are consequences of longer stays?...such as 11 months of stay abroad for her ?
Q3. What is the longest duration a professional can stay outside USA (after leaving USA by resigning a job, with I485 pending for more than 180 days), before he comes back on valid AP to USA ?
Q4. If dependent spouse is abroad, and has valid H4 visa long enough to cover her coming back, is she required to be within USA, for her AP renewal to be filed ?
