I am applying AP and I live in Chicago, I have 2 addresses I donot know where to mail the appliaction.First address I got it form the following link:

Filing Procedures:
As of June 1, 2002, all applications for Advance Parole must be MAILED to the Chicago District Office. To apply for Advance Parole, all applicants should complete Form I-131 (Application for Travel Document) and submit the following documents with your completed Form I-131:
Proof of legal entry (Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record, and/or passport)
Proof of filing for Adjustment of Status (receipt)
Proof of current status in the U.S.
$110 in money order or cashier's check
Two photographs that follow the format described in Form M-378
Print your daytime telephone number next to your signature on Form I-131

and mail Form I-131 and supporting documentation to the following address:

Attn: Advance Parole.

Applications/Petitions Filed at Specific Service Centers:
There are some applications that must be filed with a specific Service Center regardless of where an applicant or petitioner lives. Those applications are:

All Forms I-131, Application for Travel Document (Re-entry Permit or Refugee Travel Document only), are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.
All Forms I-360, Self-Petitions filed by Battered Spouse or Child are filed at the Vermont Service Center.
All Forms I-485, Refugee, Asylee, Haitian applications are filed with the Nebraska Service Center. On this site, we have new information on adjustment of status for asylees (including expected timeframes for processing).
All Forms I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur, are filed at either the California Service Center or Texas Service Center. Please see the Form I-526 for filing instructions.
All Forms I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative petitions are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.
Applications for asylum (Form I-589) may require filing at a different Service Center than indicated above; please check the instructions for Form I-589 to determine where you should file your application.
