Suggest me. Mine EB2 Con current Sep 2003. We got H1/H4 till 10/05. Me and my wife planning to go India and return back in june. Will it be fine to travel with out AP?
What happens if my 484 get Approved. My lawyer says I'm fine to travel with out AP as long as I have valid visa. If I apply by next week, How many days will it take to get AP? Please suggest.

Yes you can trvel on your existing visa. Technically if you travel without AP and I485 gets approved while you are in India then you cannot enter US without AP but I have heard that the POE officers do not have the time and the resources to find our that your I485 has been approved.
