My husband applied AP/EAD for us on April 12. We both got our EAD on the same day. 4 weeks ago he got RFE on his AP ( I got none on mine) for clear colored copied of Passport and drivers licence. The company lawyers asked for the copies and it was sent. Three days ago his AP was approved but mine is still pending. Is there any reason why they are not processed together My applications are derived from his)? Do I need to worry? We intend to go out of country by mid August, I am worried. Thanks in advance for your response.
