AP in Memphis office?

Do any one knows whether or not Memphis BCIS office issue an AP for Emergency Travel?

My AP Renewal(RD:01/30/03) is pending with TSC.

Interim AP are not issued.
You may try calling TSC and request for a faster delivery of AP.
A genuine reason and insistence to speak to the supervisor will help. Good luck.
