AP I797 Ack Receipt

Hi,

I had applied for EAD and AP renewal on 5 Feb 2004. I received the I797 receipt for EAD in a week, however i still did not receive the same for AP. I am worried since its almost a month now.
I am not sure if this is ok. please suggest what i could do.

Did you use personal checks for the fee? You can find the receipt number from the cancelled (cashed) check from your bank.
 
The checks for both EAD and AP were cashed the same day so i think the application was accepted but i did not receive any receipt notice for AP. I got the EAD receipt the second day after the checks were cashed.
