AP I-131 question

Hi,
I have 2 questions on Advanced Parole applicaiton form I-131.
1. There is a "Class of Admission" filed for number 3 on Part 1. I don't know what it is. I cannot find the description of it anywhere in the instruction.

2. Are the 2 photoes the same as the Photo with EAD applicaiton. I took 10 shots when I filed EAD application. If they are the same, I can go ahead and use those.

Hi,
murthy.com has a small paragraph on the Class of Admission. You can check that. It is your current status in the US. If you are on parole, you can enter Parolee.

I'm also applying for renewal of AP. The form asks a) When I intend to leave and b) For how long do I go for ?

What do you answer there?

Terrific, got the answer. Thank you for my first question.

My answer is straight forward because I want to leave in September (for your question a), ans stay for 2 or 3 weeks (for your question b).

In addition, does the picture is the same as the one in EAD application? If you know, please let me know.

If the EAD picture is in the standard immigration format (you know, right ear showing, etc), then it should be OK. Otherwise, you may have to re-take it. I don't remember what kind of picture we take for EAD.
What do I do if my travel date is not fixed and I just want to have AP bcos I may have to travel sometime after June?

Any idea?
