Yes, that should be taken into account but what else can one do, only Amsterdam does not require the visa if you are flying from East coast but I think they will follow the lead too.

Iam flying to India in Nov through paris. We are staying in Paris for 3 days and requested for Transit visa valid for 5 days . I showed the H1b visa in the passport , French consulate in NY gave us a visa valid from the day we are flying out of US to the return date to US. The number of entries in Visa was given 2.
Forum123, they need stuff for $%^ people like you, who wont bother to read the threads and clear the doubts.. This issues has been discussed so many times now, that its redundant. But with your limited IQ, obviously these small things become a issue for you...

SWaiting, may be you don't care but people like me who already had plans to fly to India need as much information as we can. I am flying to India in 3 weeks and if I can confirmation from people that I indeed need a DATV, I appreciate it.

The issue sure is important. But the issue and the different solutions have been over-discussed in 3 threads in last few days..
Will you say that its more logical to add the information in those threads, so that people who have been following those threads can gain from your information also or to just open a new thread.
some people have a habbit of trying to gain attention by pointing at old news..
anyway go ahead and discuss it as long as you want.
