I have applied I-140, I-485, EAD, and AP with NSC. Today I checked BCIS online status for AP and it states:

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:
On October 30, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
My question:
Are they going to send the AP on my address or to the lawyer who sent all the applications, my company lawyer sent all the applications? Above info from BCIS confuses me. This is first time AP
Thanks for the help in advance

If your lawyer filed your application for AP then they will send the document to your lawyer . Then your lawyer will forward it to you. Just keep checking with your lawyer. It may take 2-3 week to get the document to you.
Same thing happened to me . My lawyer forwarded my AP to my address.
Hope this helps.

Please read above. The word in above BCIS message confuses me” was mailed directly to the person to whom issued” I am the person and for me the AP is was approved.

As I had planned to leave for India I need AP that is my concern.
Did everybody get this kind of message on BCIS online from NSC if the AP is sent to lawyer or the applicant?

Rahee,

AP will be mailled to you not to your lawyer. They do that as a security precaution so that no one else gets their hand on your AP and try to modify it by someone else's pic (I think)

I got the same message for my AP, and it was mailled to my address.
