Today, I have gone to Arlington INS to submit my AP appplication, they told to come back tomorrow at 7.30AM. I asked whether I can be issued AP on the same day, They said:
If it is emergency, I will get AP on the same day, If not, I will be mailed within 30 days. Did anyone apply AP from Arlington office?
Can I apply EAD renewal also from this office instead of mailing to Arlington, Any idea? The instructions part for I-765(EAD) says to mail the EAD application to the same address(Vermont) where you sent to I-485 petition.
