AP for Minor Child

Dear All

We are applying for AP for our minor son (10 year old)
Have a question regarding the signature.

Does he needs to sign in section 8 or
As a parent can we sign in section 9 (sign of person preparing form) and
can we write our address in the box - Firm name and address .

Any feedback appreciated

please put finger print of minor and then you can sign on behalf of him.
