Need Info on:
- Meaning of "concurrent"
- Anybody had recently experienced to apply for a spouse while she is abroad.

- Meaning of "concurrent"
Per the new rule, I-140 and I-485 can be applied together (people no longer have to wait to apply for I-485 until teir I-140 is approved.)

- Anybody had recently experienced to apply for a spouse while she is abroad.
Is your wife's first AP already expired? If no, its better to ask her to come back before the AP expiration date. Otherwise, you may seek help of your lawyer.

Wife's 1st AP was expired.
Applying for 2nd renewal. The lawyer is applying to an office in Washington (TSC does not do this kind).

Just wondering if some folks had gone through this.

As per rule, a person has to be in US when applying for AP and must leave US only after getting the AP approval.
