Hi,
My EAD and AP was approved on July 15th 2003.When can I expect to get the finger printing dates?
My lawyer has given me the EAC for I-485 and Finger Printing and if I try to query it online..the status for both is as follows:
Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on June 24, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case.
What kind of time frame should I be looking at?
Also I still haven't received my AP.Do they mail it to the home address?
