Typical case, probably to due to INS wants to have everyone unique experience.
My AP was approved in May and according to web site they had sent the approval copy. I never received the approval copy and i kept on following. 2 days back i got a letter from INS saying, we have sent your approval and we never recived the return of the approval copy, we adivise you to file again I-131.
When i called up INS center they say go to local office in San Jose and file and they should process it faster. I know that he had no clue because earlier i had filled for Laguna how come now i can file in San Jose. Please advise if you have come across something like this ?
Should i file in San Jose or Laguna ?? will going to San Jose will help ?
