AP filing requirement

Hi, I plant to apply for AP by myself. what documents do I need, in addition to the application form and I-485 receipt? Do I need 2 photos? DO I send them a copy of I-94, passport, etc?

On the form, they need applicant to specify the reason that warrants an AP? what should I say? just saying that I need to visit my parents is enough?

Attach I-140 approval copy .....

If you are applying for the dependent, it is better to attach marriage certificate, primary applicant's I-485 receipt and letter should mention about the primary and dependent applicant's stuff.
