My Attorney filed I-485 for me and my family and I am not sure where he filed I-485. But I have received the Notice of Receipt and at the Bottom the NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER is mentioned.
Suddenly my wife needs to travel to India on some emergency. Can she travel on H4 visa ( visa stamp valid till next year ) ?
If not should I file I-131 for her? If so where to mail the I-131 application? Is it to NEBRASKA which was mentioned in I-485 notice of receipt? or Chicago as mentioned in the I-131 application?
